I think eventually, Americans will be better off just moving to India. :/

There's a difference between a dictatorship and having a few ground rules.
You are wearing cheap clothes made in Pakistan, working on a cheap computer made in China, in the garage you have Made in Japan car, your grass cut by cheap illegal immigrant gardener, and you are ranting about the greedy employers who hire cheap labor from abroad.

Hmmm....whenever possible, I buy American made products. We cut our own grass and when we need work done around the house, we never use day laborers. Instead, we use companies that are licensed, bonded and insured plus we ask if they hire day laborers. If they do, we don't hire them.
And you have no problems with Americans being displaced in favor of H1-Bs? Just keep this in mind---if this is what you support, do so knowing that not even your job is immune to something similar happening to you.
Then Americans need to unite and replace the decision makers with new decision makers who care more about Americans and less about non-assimilating foreigners who just send money of the country.
We keep trying dumping Democrats then Republicans and back and forth until most people just give up and stop voting because they hate them both.

Funny thing is, quite a few Japanese cars are actually made in America. And 'American' cars have parts made in other countries.

so what rules do you think is missing in the US? I assume you want a rule where the top earners have a cap? does that mean the low wage earners can also have a cap on how much they make? Something like a class structure like in India?
you may not like how the laws are implemented, but it doesnt mean there arent rules
You're right about the legislation. Problem is, there are few issues Corporate America will lobby harder for and throw more money at than their "right" to run their businesses in a way that brings them maximum profits. They have NO patriotism whatsoever.
True, but people are starting to get much more hip to how much money is being thrown into politics now. As greed increases, so does the attention being paid to the problem. It's only a matter of time before something is done.
Oh, gimme a break! Did you even read the link or did you avoid it because it was from Breitbart? Assuming that you did read the link, you would have found that they got their info here (as I pointed out in another post): www.betterimmigration.com
In order to arrive at the scores in the above mentioned website, NumbersUSA looks at each and every rep and senators' records showing where they stand on various issues. They don't make up this info. In fact, if you were to do research independent of NumbersUSA, you would find the exact info.
Why do you assume that either "numbersUSA" or "betterimmigration.com" are any more credible than breitbart? NumbersUSA is a single-subject anti-immigration website. It was founded by Roy H. Beck when he worked for anti-immigration author John Tanton. The San Antonio Express-News described him as "the 'tutor' for former U.S. Representative (and failed presidential and Colorado gubernatorial candidate) Tom Tancredo on immigration issues.
Right off the bat on their home page, BetterImmigration announces they consider "better" immigration to be REDUCED immigration. The website, purchased from GoDaddy.com for $10, works off a server in Scottsdale, AZ, a bastion of anti-Latino immigration. What little traffic it gets mostly arrives via its link to the no-better rated but certainly better-known website Free Republic. That's a mouthpiece for the ultraconservative groups that organized the boycott of the Dixie Chicks (in support of the Bush/Cheney Iraq policies) and the trashing of the reputation of newsman Dan Rather, among other stunts. Free Republic is so conservative it considers Republicans like Mitt Romney and even Rudolph Giuliani to be RINOs. Free Republic - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Free Republic passes on messages from rightwing activists like Ann Coulter, Alan Keyes, Lucianne Goldberg, and Bob Barr. Most interestingly, no less an activist than Matt Drudge publicly chastised Free Republic for posting racist propaganda.
I like to read sources that do not have preconceived notions about what statistics should prove. And, speaking personally, it would be pretty stupid for me to be anti-immigration given I'm not a Native American. My people have only been here for two generations and my grandparents (from four different European countries) were all reviled by many when they came here (to do work rich "Americans" didn't want to do, just like many of today's immigrants).

Why move when the government is bringing India to you ?
