Bi annual raises. After 15 years service 6 weeks vacation a year and next year when I hit 20 years, 8 weeks vacation a year. It can be taken up to 4 weeks at a time. Monthly lunches catered from the company of our choosing. And A very very good work atmosphere but that has more to do with HR hiring the best people cut out for the job.

Slightly above market pay. Good manager and team at satellite office. We do have rotating roles and assist other teams, so we aren't doing the same thing each and every day.

Every two weeks they pay me. As long as they keep doing that I will keep working.

Because I have been here for heading on 18 years I also have 5 and a half weeks of PTO that I can use for vacations, sick time, or a day off every so often. They pay us 2% of our income for retirement and 1/2 a percent for every percent that we put into our retirement accounts up to 3%. If we meet three yearly goals we also get a small $1,500 bonus each year. At the end of the year we get a check for every hour over and above 240 hours saved for long term sick leave. The maximum is 48 hours a year. I have been getting the full 48 hour check for 14 years now.

On top of that I have been able to move up within my department. I am currently the Fire Life Safety Officer and Department Educator.

My current job? Absolutely nothing, it's demoralizing.

In past jobs though I've enjoyed companies who would provide nice incentives to employees like flexible schedules, lots of neat company events and outings, free food, or just fun little breaks throughout the days.
