Just say no to call centers. Been there, done that, and quit without notice. It was the only job I had that I quit that way, and it was necessary to preserve what little sanity I had left.
Waitress--I'd mess up the orders for sure. And, people not making up their minds or not saying "Please," and "Thank You" while I'm serving them, would drive me crazy. I know, just know I'd "accidently" on purpose drop a plate of something on somebody's lap.
A dentist. I would just hate it.
Logger. I'd die or pass out before I'd cut the 1st log.
I'm getting to the point where I would say anything working in an office/cube farm (i.e. the Dilbert/Office Space environment).
Why? Because I have spent the better part of a decade working in that kind of environment and it truly sucks. It's like reporting to a prison everyday.
Once I do escape, I won't ever go back unless I'm truly destitute and about to become homeless.

Waiter -- I'm slow. I'm clumsy. I'm bad at cooking for large groups of people. I appreciate people who are good at those jobs and support their push for higher wages, because I know I'd be an utter failure at them. I was a terrible McD's and Boston Market employee as a teenager. I'd rather do anything but that again.
Drywall installer -- I did it once for Habitat for Humanity. All it proved to me is that I have absolutely no future in it.
