WFH so if I didn't have kids it's about 8am roll out of bed and sign in. Luckily kids don't have to get onto the bus till 845 for the next few years so we roll out at about 750am.
I don't know how those of you who wake up so early do it without giving up lifestyle. For one, it would completely take away my night time adult league activities since it sometimes runs till 11pm and of course you can't go to bed soon after because of adrenaline. My wife has to go to bed by 1030pm due to her waking up early for the commute.
I've always been a morning person, so there weren't many late night activities for me to give up. I've always gotten my adrenaline kicks in the morning (6 AM crew practices were perfect), so by the time 9pm rolls around, I'm pretty much ready to crash.
Typically around 6:30-7:15. I leave home anywhere between 7 and 8:15 depending on when I have a meeting in the morning or how motivated I am feeling. I arrive at work between 8:30-9 most days and my commute is 45-60 minutes depending on how I get there are traffic.

Not everyone late night evening physical activities. I got used to working early back in the 1980s when we had kids. No use being home until 8-9am when they are just getting ready for school, best to be around in the afternoon when they are there. Also, I coached youth soccer for 12 years, and was active in the club and also with school district committees. Back then I only had to get up at 5am, but have always been good on 6-7 hours sleep. Even on the weekends staying up until 10-midnight I am up by 6am. My wife has had many years of experience getting used to sleeping through my nice quiet showering and dressing.
Depends, between 4:00 and 8:00 usually, 8:00 is when I get up on weekends anyway though, usually when I work it's around 6:00 or 7:00 even if I don't need to be out of the house until the afternoon.
