Im sure those millennials would have plenty to say about your work habits and how companies are run today. Just because companies have been doing things the same way for 50 years doesn't mean its the best way.

I don't know about that. When I came out of college I liked working with people of all ages, I didn't have a thing that everybody had to be my age just as I don't think everyone has to be white or other forms of discrimination.
