weird question with no context.. you don't just walk into a $30 an hour job- they'll require related experience and/or education. You could also utilize the internet to do a search for $65,000 jobs (i rounded up)
If you start your own business, you can bill more (often substantially more) than that. Of course, there can be a lot of unbillable hours and expenses, depending on what you do. I am a freelance copywriter and I bill out more than $30/hour.

True, depending on the nature of the work and how much it's in demand. My business rate when I gave it up in the recession was $100/hour, but you have to pay for everything, including healthcare at as much as $2,000/month. Where I work now as a manager our lowest paying jobs are $25-36/hour and require 3 years experience in commercial real estate, 2 years college for some, degree in others. Most of our lower to middle management jobs are in the $40-80 range.
FWIW, my niece went to a 2-yr associates program for vet tech in PA. Her starting salary, fresh out of school (her 1st job ever), was $32/hr in a very economically depressed area & that was 10-yrs ago. Not sure if she lucked out or that's normal starting pay in the field, but I had to work for what felt like centuries to make anywhere near that.
Good luck!
