That's true, and the dead end jobs are perfect for them.

But we don't see that advertised anywhere. When was the last time you saw an employer's career site that said "We have dead end jobs here! You're not going anywhere buddy!"

My mom does document review for bank loans. She doesn't enjoy it, but she's never been extremely career ambitious. As long as she make ends meet plus a bit of extra, she's going to take the familiar.
