OP, just grow a short, professional-looking goatee or light beard. Problem solved. I am 37 and look like I am in my early 20's without facial hair, but look more my age with it--at least when the mustache portion is there. Depending on what you do I would go shaven to the interview though.
If I am clean-shaven as a substitute teacher in high school, many students think I just graduated from college. When I sub at middle schools kids sometimes think I am a high schooler.
Think of an actor like David Spade. Look at photos of him with no facial hair vs facial hair. That is the sort of baby face I have.

It might sound silly, but you can shave the night before, or even after you get home from work (instead of in the morning), to give it more time to grow in by the beginning of each day. It can give a slight stubble look. You can also keep a slight mustache, thinning it when needed. That can make a big difference.
^ That's a good point about David Spade above. In addition to the facial hair, he also changed his hair a bit. He went from young and nerdy looking, to older and cooler/hipper. Sometimes taking more off the sides (around the ears), but adding more in back in length, helps. Less of a dense bowl look, and more of a stretched thinner look.
I am 62 but can still pass for someone in their 20s.
I cannot think of one male Hollywood celebrity--and they can afford the best plastic surgeons in the world--who could pass for someone in their 20s while in their 60's. Even Dick Clark and Burt Reynolds, who spent fortunes on plastic surgery, looked older than their 20's in their 60's. Maybe you are driving a Porsche and are getting compliments from wanna be sugar babies?
^ Yeah. I can safely say that none of us are buying it It's probably that he tries to act 20's-ish, and believes in his mind that he looks 20s. With a little extension of thought, he thinks everyone else sees it that way too.
Even someone like Jack LaLanne, who devoted his life to health and fitness, and routinely looked much younger than people his age, never looked like in his 20s when in his 60s. More like early 40s.

BusinessManIT, you blew it man, you blew it. Now no one is going to believe you until you post a pic with a newspaper that is dated. Now when they see your posts, the folks that read your post here will think about that claim until this topic gets buried somewhere. I could be some famous person's sibling or spouse and people would want proof if I said that.
For what it's worth, everyone (except for one 55 year old poster here that says she looks old - 55 is not old) thinks they look younger than their age. Maybe because our eyes adjust and adapt to our image over time and some mental thing occurs that protects us from the rude reality of the truth.
Look at former classmates at reunions and on facebook. The men become unrecognizable and age quickly but the women generally stay consistent. Testosterone is not the hair and skins friend. Estrogen keeps the skin supple and the hair thick. Men in general do not age that well. IT may really look 20 by some remote possibility but now he will have to prove it if he wants anyone to believe him.
Rob Lowe looks like he has not changed over time but even he doesn't look like he is in his 20's anymore. And that guy really does look like time stood still.
