If the person is this blatant and open about her behavior and inappropriate comments, having it on audio tape would be helpful when you have to go back to management.

I dont know how I would do the electronic devices. I am moving around constantly, and there is alot of backgroud noise at the front end of a grocery store.

Most of the digital recorders are small (like a cell phone or a deck of cards). I think there is a feature to lock it into recording mode so you won't have to worry about pressing buttons while it's in your pocket. Don't worry about the background noise, just keep recording for the situations in quieter areas like the breakroom. Even record your interactions with your supervisors. If she continues to behave this way don't just come out after the first instance. Gather several weeks worth of interactions that proves this is ongoing and management fails to do nothing about it.

After you have this evidence you can think about how you want to play your cards.
