What immigrants say to your face and what they say "behind closed doors" is often as different as night and day.

Most immigrants have mostly good things to say about Oz, but you here a few who have some complain or are outright whingers. They should go back to where they come from, frankly. Not that we're perfect. Most appreciate the weather, it's better than 90% of the world, the open space, the easy-going nature of Aussies (changing), the freedoms they have here. Some lament the car-dominated society, the lack of culture. Most newer immigrants these days are from Asia, Britain, NZ or South Africa.

I am first generation so I also heard it first hand from my own parents. And more often than not they are pretty much on the money.
