I agree. On whose planet would Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine (BRU?) be First World? The EU doesn't even want them. It regrets letting Romania and Bulgaria in. How sad is that? They're rejects.

They do have fast internet though haha. But that's about it. I mean it's not the worst place on Earth. Far from it. But it doesn't hold up at all against real first world countries in Northern and Western Europe.

I wouldn't even classify Hungary and Poland as 1st world countries let alone these 3.

I wouldn't classify any of these as developed countries, although Romania probably comes the closest. Ukraine is around the same level as most South American countries such as Brazil and Colombia, although its income inequality is much lower compared to these.

No, they are not by western definition a "first world country". I'd say they are in the process of becoming a developed nation, but are still about a decade or two from being considered "first world countries"

That's debatable though, it was a stat from before the whole 5g thing...unless also Romania is the 1st to have 5g which is of course not true but with regards to classic dsl it may be true.

On topic again: We're "undead world" or more like "non-corona world" countries which is what matters lol. This topic is from 2015 and back then it mattered what Nigel Farage and Russia think about you, not in 2020.
