In case anyone wants some insight regarding the educational preparation of younger people in the education field nowadays, I offer this example:
"I just left a school district received my Masters in Educational Leadership and looking for a job on the administrative level. I have 11 yrs in education in teaching. I am looking for career fairs in education for November 2014. Does anyone know of any taken place thought New Jersey?"
Apparently, no English composition classes were required at the schools where this person received his/her education.
This person took one of those insipid online quizzes and was told she was a "Grammar Master."
"Check me out! So we now the test is easy, because everyone nows, I'm a grammer mess!"
"We are taught to try to not offend others. But I was also taught that I didn't have to stand for someone to offend me." -remain seated while I offend you.

This upcoming generation has been confusing "definitely " with "defiantly." I've seen it more times than I can bear, and this is just a small sample of the nauseum:
"I defiantly don't have time for that every morning."
"I am defiantly looking on slamming a steak and chips followed by a few beers."
"I defiantly would come hang out with you if I wasn't at work."
It appears that we have a lot of defiant young people nowadays!
