Yeah, I've had my winter clothing out since.

My first post Looking through all these shots of Wyoming is making me feel very nostalgic. I was there for a couple of glorious days back on Memorial Day weekend in 2007. I have a few photos I'll post later but there's one which is causing me to scratch my head a bit. I know I took it on the I-25 somewhere between Wheatland and Kaycee (most probably close to Wheatland) but I can't seem to find just the right spot when I get onto google street view. We were heading north at the time. A helpful lady at the Wyoming Tourist office suggested it's at Wheatland between the 78 and 80 exits but I just can't find the right overpass and the right hills in the background. Any advice would be greatly appreciated since it will be a long while before I'm back there to check up.

^I can't help, but I really like that shot. Love the weathered look of the truck.

Took these this afternoon...

I promise I'll stop now.

Don't stop! I love all those wide open shots, and the sight of rail lines is wonderful.
Funny you should mention the weathered look of the truck. That's actually painted on. The truck is in excellent condition for its age but was "rusted up" when it was used in Brokeback Mountain.

I think that shot is of the middle overpass in Wheatland. If I remember correctly, doesn't Wheatland have 3 over pass's. First and last are exits. The one in the middle just goes over, no exit. Trees right down to the right of way is more Wheatland that anywhere else on that stretch.
