Shear Touch in Rock Hill. See the owner, Brenda. She cut mine, my wife's and my son's almost the entire 23 years we lived in Rock Hill. That's hard to believe..............I thought she just turned 25 last year. Seriously, she is excellent.

There is an old fashioned "barber" in downtown Fort Mill. I drive by and it seems like anice place
