Anyone know what they're doing at the intersection of Dobys Bridge Road and 160? They've graded and cleared some land on the corner there, but its not clear on what they're going to do there. Not much room to build anything there.
My guess? QT. I bet that Sunoco found out after they renovated the space QT was going there and just bailed on the entire station as they cant compete.

Dollar Tree (this will be a stand alone store - and they will be closing the Dollar Tree in the old Food Lion Plaza located at Springfield Pkwy and Hwy 160)

You sure you dont mean Dollar General? We dont have a Dollar Tree in Fort Mill already.

QT generally has a bigger footprint......upon first glance it didn't seem like that big of a space. I wouldn't think in that area with the homes nearby that a 24hr gas station would go in there. That Sunoco has had a lot of issues including a shooting if I remember correctly.
You are all really close... It is the site for the new Family Dollar store. It will replace the store located in the old Food Lion. The city wants to tear down the old Food Lion/CVS and build something new.

That would be refreshing.
