We currently have 3 Targets (this includes 1 Super Target) all within a 10 drive (SW Charlotte, Pineville, and Rock Hill, SC).
There currently is a Walmart in Rock Hill (again within 10 minutes). An apx. completion date of August 2007 for a new Walmart (sorry forget which kind) which will be opening in Tega Cay, SC (this area was previously Fort Mill Township but was annexed by Tega Cay). Within this Walmart there will be several other stores and dining establishments (Stonecrest)
We do have a (small) local Health/Organic Store in Fort Mill. Several grocery stores right in town (Harris Teeter, Lowes, Food Lion, etc.). Otherwise there is Earth Fare in Ballantyne (15 minutes).
The closest mall is in Rock Hill (10 mins.) or you can be in Carolina Place Mall in Pineville in apx. 15 minutes. If you are looking for more upscale there is South Park in Charlotte (apx. 20 minutes).
Most of our dining is done right here locally but still a gob of options well within 10 to 20 minutes. Still have plenty of mom and pop places too.
