Description: Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is a sprawling complex of two terminals serving 34 million people annually. The airport is located between Minneapolis and St. Paul on the southern side of the Metro, with relatively quick access to both downtowns and the rest of the Twin Cities region. With a steady stream of takeoffs and landings, it ranks as the busiest airport in the Upper Midwest. Among American cities, only Denver has an airport serving more nonstop destinations per capita.

Description: The Twin Cities share a train station in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. To get to the station, take the Cretin Avenue/Vandalia Street exit from I-94 and turn north at the stoplights. Turn east (right) at University Avenue, and then turn north (left) at the next stoplight (Cleveland/Transfer Road). The station is about a block up on the right. You can also get to the station from downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul on Metro Transit bus route 16 along University Avenue. The station and ticket counter are open 6 a.m. to midnight daily.
