Description: A realistic tree and beautiful displays of collectible dolls, miniatures, and stuffed animals charm visitors who enter this compact but well-stocked 25-year-old toy store. Each month, Once Upon a Time hosts at least one creative special event. Children attending Madeline Day in the spring meet the popular book character and sample French pastries. Breyer horse collectors celebrate their shared interest with a party featuring carrots, apples, and sugar cubes. The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday), and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., except during August.
