Observation: There are metal scratch pads in the hand sink in the kitchen. Corrected on site by removing items from hand sink.

Observation: The mechanical ware wash machine behind the bar did not register any sanitizer on the test strips.
- Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
Observation: There were frozen whole catfish thawing in the sink. Corrected on site by running water on them to thaw.

New ice storage bid with built-in cooling plate is on order from Coke - ensure that the soda gun is not mounted directly above ice storage and also ensure there is a cover for protecting the ice from contamination.

Observed raw shell eggs and raw beef stored above ready to eat foods in walk-in cooler. Corrected onsite. Store raw animal foods in order of cook temperature (eggs, fish & ham above beef, and beef above poultry).
