Eating, drinking, or using tobacco Observation: Upon entering the Person In Charge was eating something behind the counter - Corrected on site.
Demonstration of Knowledge Observation: Person in Charge at the time of inspection did not have a thermometer to check food temps nor did she know what the temperatures were suppose to be. 2 of the 3 employees did not know anything about a sickness policy or could not provide documentation - Left Form 1-B
