I was not quoted for my fallow deer processing until I got the bill. I also had a elk processed at the same time which I paid $1.00 a pound. I naturally expected to pay the same for the fallow deer. Owner says I want him to work for free.

My experience is from November 2019. I enjoyed meeting the owner, observing he & his team process my cow elk, and getting the wrapped and frozen meat the next day. That's great service, transparency. I'm returning again in June 2020. He's great.
