4-302.14 - --There are not any chlorine test strips in the FE for the dish machine. COS. PIC was given a few test strips.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --Located in the back storage area there were 2 cases of gelato mix sitting on the floor.
KDA_4_60111A - --The table mounted can opener blade had dried food debris on it. PIC did not know when it was last washed. COS. Can opener was washed.
KDA_4_60111C - --The cabinet area under the soda station has an accumulation of dried food debris and trash. The doors and handles and shelving of the large RIC and the small RIC have an accumulation of sticky debris and food debris. The WIC door has an accumulation of sticky debris.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The ice chute at the soda station has visible pink mold on the ice contact surface.
KDA_4_90311B - --Located at the gelato serving station, the scoops were stored in a container with the food contact surface facing up and stored so that the employee has to touch the food contact surface to grab the scoop. COS. Scoops were inverted.
KDA_6_30111 - --Located at the hand sink at the cooking station, the soap dispenser was broken. COS. PIC placed a bottle of hand soap at the sink.
KDA_6_30112 - --Located at the hand sink at the cooking station, the paper towel dispenser was empty. COS. PIC placed single use paper towels at the sink.
KDA_6_30311A - --Located in the back storage area the lighting does not work and it is difficult to see the supplies or to see if cleaning is needed without using a flashlight.
KDA_7_20111A - --Located in the front serving area there was one bottle of window cleaner sitting beside single use cups. COS. Chemical was moved.
KDA_7_20111B - --Located in the back storage area, there was one bottle of bleach sitting on the shelf above 1 case of single use spoons. COS. Chemical was moved.
