- KDA_4_30111 - --Display cooler at front counter had an ambient temperature of 62. PIC stated it went out this morning. Do not store any PHF in cooler until it has been serviced and is holding food temps at 41 or below
- KDA_4_60111A - --Blade of both can openers have buildup of food debris. Sticker residue on containers that are stored as clean. COS-cleaned can openers. Containers with stickers need to be pulled and recleaned
