Person in charge said it was highly likely that door to cooler was left open during rush hour and said dressing and whipped topping were in cooler since yesterday and milk was sitting atop counter before being placed in cooler this morning about one hour ago. Corrected on site. Ranch dressing and whipped topping were voluntarily discarded. It was encouraged to keep cooler door closed at all times.
- KDA_3_50118A1 - --In reach in cooler, a container of fully cooked corn dogs had datemark 12-7. Person in charge stated datemark is date corn dogs were to be discarded. Corrected on site. Corn dogs were voluntarily discarded. In reach in cooler, a container of cooked sausage mix had datemark of 12/8. Person in charge said that is the incorrect discard date and should read 12/12, since mix was cooked on 12/10. Corrected on site. Mix was correctly datemarked.
- KDA_4_501114C2 - --At 3-vat sink, the multi-quaternary solution for sanitizing food containers measured at 100 parts per million. Corrected on site. Solution was changed and measured 200 parts per million.
- KDA_4_60111A - --At smoothie/shake machine at front counter, there was accumulation of dried food debris present on food contact surface. Machine was stored as clean.
- KDA_5_20315 - --At the soda carbonation system in back storage room, there is no dual check valve with an intermediate valve present. Person in charge scheduled service for today during inspection.
- KDA_6_501111A - --There were approximately 10 rodent droppings that appear to be fresh at left bottom of cabinet behind front counter where box of coffee packets are stored. Box of coffee packets were inspected for contamination then moved.
- KDA_7_20111A - --In kitchen, under food prep table, a bucket of chlorine sanitizer solution was next to and in direct contact with bottle of margarine. Corrected on site. Margarine was moved.
