Today @ 06:14 am I went through the drive through, The menu board had no lighting, it was hard to read as I explained to the employee speaking through the speaker. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large hot tea that incurred an additional charge. I pay and leave, I arrive at my office open the bag and attempt to drink the hot tea, its ONLY hot water, I look inside the bag for the tea bags, NOTHING, I walk to my car to see if the bags feel inside on my seat NOTHING. I contact the store spoke w/ Maricella & Lexi explaining my situation. I currently have the flu and it is clear in my voice as I can barely speak loud enough w/ out coughing. I explain my findings and advise I can not leave my office, as I have no know here that is covered on my insurance to drive, & I can not leave my office due to others are also out sick, I explain if I call uber to bring me a HOT TEA I will have to make a min order which is going to cost more then the cost of TEA I did not receive from them, can they either reimburse me for that cost (or) send some one over to me (or) make an uber order for me. ALL suggestions NO.. but I can come back another time and get another TEA. This was not my 1st poor experience as once in the past, I made an order but it was not ready and I was asked to pull over and they will have someone bring order to me. Anyone who knows me knows I DO NOT drink soda, they come out w/ the order, I get to work, about to drink a cold tea and it coke, I call complain explaining the acidic in the soda does not agree w/ me I cant drink this, I asked for something similar, but this time to return the unused portion, I relayed so what shall I drink in the mean time, which luckily we have a bottled water machine here, I returned the next morning explaining I am here for my replacement tea, then to be told, The person you spoke w/ isnt here, I will have to wait for her, then I call back the next day as she was off that day, to be told she does not recall the conversation. Service in POOR. extremely unhappy consumer.
