In my opinion...
Good luck finding a WalMart employee to help you at all, let alone one who actually speaks fluent English. I have visited this WalMart many times while in Yuma, and quite often the ladies' bathrooms were FILTHY with visible blood and feces on toilets, floors, and in trash cans. Apparently they keep trash cans next to each toilet, since people put bloody toilet paper and excrement straight into the trash cans. Thought I was in a third-world country! On the bright side, the pharmasist who assisted me was the ONLY professional I have encountered in this place. He knows how to treat people.
