    Comments: EGGS AT 115 DEG F SITTING ON A PLASTIC CONTANER ON TOP OF WARMER. THE EGGS WERE FROM THE BREAKFAST SHIFT AND WERE NOT BEING SERVED AT THIS TIME. MARKED TO BE DISCARDED. FOOD MEANT TO BE SERVED HOT MUST BE HELD AT 135 OR HIGHER.
