Rosie is an amazing woman and an amazing cook! I would die for her rib-tips! Perfect flavor, not too spicy, not too smoky. I do not care for savory meats cooked on a grill and even more do I dislike the smoked taste from a smoker, but I make the exception for Rosie's. A very generous portion of tips with a biscuit! So delicious! Please make it a point to stop by this locally owned gem! She gives me something to look forward to every week, and there is always enough left over to have lunch tomorrow! Thank you so much Rosie!
