*3.2 Observed raw bulk and link sausage was stored above a variety of ready-to-eat foods in the endcap case. Different types of raw animals foods shall be stored separate from or not above ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross-contamination. These foods were relocated today.
*7.0 Observed an unlabeled spray bottle on the women's restroom cabinet. Toxic chemicals shall be properly labeled with the containers content to avoid confusion and misuse.
*3.4/4.4 Observed the newly added Hill Phoenix pizza case contained an air temperature of 47°F-52°F, and the pizzas in this case were holding at 42°F-48°F. Foods and refrigeration unit shall be maintained at 41°F and below to limit the growth of organisms.
Discard foods holding above 45°F.
*4.5/4.6/4.3. Observed soiled knives were located in the caulk at the wall/three vat juncture in the produce area. Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized, and shall be clean to sight and touch. Repair the damaged caulk in this area.
R/4.1 Observed the external thermometer on the end cap raw meat retail cooler with corned beef was reading 85-90°F. Actual ambient air temperature is 35°F. Replace with an accurate thermometer in order to monitor cooler temperature.

4.1 Observed the external thermometer on the raw meat retail cooler reading 83°F. Actual ambient air temperature is 34°F.
Replace with an accurate thermometer in order to monitor cooler temperature.
3.5 Observed several bulk candies in bins with improper labels. Bulk foods, that are not individually labeled, shall be properly labeled on the bin/container. Ingredients of each bulk product is on a separate board at the bulk candy station.
-Ambient air temperature of the coolers were properly below 41°F.
-Observed proper raw animal food storage, separate from and below ready-to-eat foods, in the retail area.
