08/28/2015InspectionWhen updates to establishment are being developed, a utility sink will need to be installed for disposal of mop bucket grey water. Regarding 11A violation (incorrect sanitation test strips)on 9/19/14 inspection report, owner did purchase sanitation test strips, however they were for the wrong brand of sanitation. Education was given on how to choose the correct type of test strip and owner indicated they would purchase them. All food and refrigeration temperatures, as taken with DOH Thermapen, were in the acceptable range.
