There was a wall outlet in the Cook Area that was missing a cover. Report e-mailed.

01/30/2015InspectionFurther discussion with ownership about shielding of waste lines in basement. All dry storage items moved to other side of basement. Pizza boxes are protected at time of inspection, further shelving need in storage room off of dishroom.

10/15/2014InspectionAdditional discussion with owner/ manager about potentially hazardous foods being placed in proper cooling after prep. Unprotected waster lines in basement need to be properly shielded as discussed, shielding is to be completed by 12/31/2014. Pesticides in facility are to be removed, and only certified applicators can use effective pest measures. Further discussion about getting test strips to properly see what chlorine level is being used in mechanical dishwasher and spray for cleaning counters and table tops.
No violation noted during this evaluation. 02/27/2014Re-InspectionCoca Cola machine working, cheese temped at 38 degrees. Operator expressed plan to build wooden pallets for pizza boxes and canned tomatoes to get them off the ground. No other items observed on floor. Eggs found on bottom shelf of walk-in cooler. Items on shelves in basement,which are all unopened and sealed, were moved to front of shelving, which keeps them away from drain lines. Operator plans on putting gutter underneath piping above freezer in basement. Dishwasher found to have adequate chlorine residual between 10 and 50 ppm. Can opener clean at time of inspection. Gasket on walk-in cooler will be replaced along with the cooler handle. Gasket is still keeping seal, and temperature of walk-in is at 37 degrees.
