06/20/2012 | Inspection | 5A-Bin of raw chicken found on counter in kitchen measuring 55dF-60dF usinf inspectors FTT. According to cook, chicken was brought out of walk-in cooler 5 mins. prior. Inspector deemed it less than 2 hours that product was out of refridgerator and will allow to re-cool down to 45dF-corrected.
8A- Food product found stored on milk/pop crates in cooler and kegs stored directly on floor. Storage throughout kitchen also found to be on pop/milk crates.
8B- Knives on prep table stored in bucket of sanitizer.
11A- Absorbant sponges used at kitchen 3-bay sink as well as bar 3-bay sink. Must be food grade quality.
12D- Receptacle with lid is not present in unisex bathroom in kitchen.
15A- Debris on dry storage floor.
