Very nasty and nosey place, my husband has been there for three weeks and still doesn't have a working stove,we ashed about a pet deposit paid 100.00 bucks just to be told the refund back is based on how the room smell. I ask how do I contact the owner and was told he lives out of state. So I'm on!one trying to find the owner. I will find him or her to let them know what going on at there business. I'm also going to contact the BBB of East tulsa

My husband stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks while attending a school there in Tulsa. During his stay he experienced bedbugs, a shooting, and a refusal to refund his ten dollar deposit fee for the tv remote. His last day at the hotel, he had been out attending a class. He came into his room to find that the cable boxes had been upgraded and a new tv remote was in the "old" one's place. He was checking out to leave and asked for his deposit from the tv remote and was told no. They told him because he had not turned in the old one that he couldn't have his money from the deposit. They are scam artists and we will be sure to stay FAR FAR away from this hotel chain from now on! The bedbugs were horrid enough, but the outright theft of customers deposits are CLEARLY crossing a line!

Extended stay is where me and my wife stayed in Tulsa, we are going back for sure and staying there once again, we mentioned the area and accommodations to our friends which took note.
Our friends came back letting us know Extended stay is exactly what they had in mind, great area close to everything
they wanted to do and the 5Ndiner and Harley Davidson official sells store was awesome, right next to each other.
We appreciate the Extended Stay way and area.
Now we all get together and look for promotions Extended Stay offers, there is great deals and comfort at the only place we would stay, the Extended Stay way.
