I have not been to this restaurant in a longtime and decided to go to the drive-thru on 11/14/16 @ 5:38pm. The gentleman that took my order was so courteous and well-mannered that I felt compelled to write a review. My order was served fresh and hot in almost no time. I had forgotten how awesome curly fries were and the pumpkin milkshake was a delightful pleasure. As I was making my order, I requested sliced cheddar cheese to be added to my buttermilk chicken sandwich and a second employee interjected on the speaker, asking if I wanted to keep the mayo. I was very grateful to this mysterious women, as I hate mayo, and this would have ruined a perfectly amazing sandwich. I just wanted someone to know that me and my passenger could not help but to acknowledge how amazing the people are that work at this Arby's.
