    --A bottle of water was found in the food preparation area of the facility. All drinking in food preparation areas of the facility must be done from lidded containers through a straw. Drinking from bottles of water exposes the hands to contamination when the lid is removed and replaced.
  • In-Use Utensils & Between Use Storage (46.302)
    --A take-out container was stored in the bulk dry rice to be used as a scoop. Only scoops with handles may be stored in the bulk product and the handle must be maintained out of the product.
  • Food Shall Be Safe, Unadulterated & Honestly Presented (46.201)
    --Eight dented cans of food were found in the facility. Dented cans must be segregated and either destroyed or return to the supplier for credit.
  • Toilet Rooms Enclosed & Self-Closing Doors (46.922(d))
