    --Food in bain marie in kitchen was being held at 48 degrees and above. Approximately 3 lbs of cheese, 4 lbs of ham, 5 lbs of turkey were discarded. Do not tore any time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until it s capable of maintaining food at or below 41 degrees F.
  • Cooling, Heating, & Holding Capacities (46.611)
    --Bain marie in kitchen was holding food at and above 48 degrees F. Repair unit. Do not use until it is capable of holding food at or below 41 degrees F.
  • Handwashing (46.132)
    --Food employee was observed donning single use gloves without first washing hands. Wash hands before putting gloves on.
  • Food Temperature Measuring Devices Provided (46.632)
    --Thermometer not present in bain marie in kitchen. Put a thermometer in this unit so you can accurately monitor the temperature.
  • Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
    --The water to the handwashing sink was not operational at the beginning of the inspection. Only cold water was restored to the handwashing sink. Fix the hot water connection to this sink.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --Chemicals were being stored in the handwashing sink in the kitchen restricting access to the sink. Do not block access to the handwashing sink.
  • Storage Areas & Waste Receptacles Available and Sufficient Capacity (46.882(a) & 46.941(f))
    --Facility does not have enough outdoor receptacles. Garbage bags and cardboard boxes are lying on the ground behind facility. Get larger receptacles.
