Observed no gloves present in food service area. Gloves must be available and properly used at all times with ready to eat foods.

Observed meatballs being warmed in hot hold unit at 124 degrees F. Reheat meatballs to 165 on grill and then place them in hot hold unit to maintain a temperature of at least 135 degrees F.

Observed salads being held at 46 degrees F since Sunday afternoon in a malfunctioning refrigerator unit. Discard these salads and place no potentially hazardous foods in this unit until it has been repaired.

There were at least 3 heads of cauliflower which were spolied, they had black growth on them. Discard the heads of cauliflower which are spoiled. Monitor produce & other foods for signs of spoilage.
- Materials for Surfaces that are Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.522)
The shelves holding non dairy creamers and condiments is made of bare wood, bare wood is not permitted. Cover the surfaces with formica or some other smooth and easily cleanable material.
- Drying Clean Equipment & Utensils (46.771)
Pots and pans and other wares which are not used frequently are stored improperly. Store these items inverted or covered.
- Storing Clean Items (46.774)
Single use items were stored on the floor of the store room. Store single use items 6 inches off the floor.

The exit doors in the main band room do not ft securley, daylight can be seen between and below the doors. This has been scheduled for repair.

The tile counters and floors in the restrooms are cracking and separating.. These areas are no longer capable of being cleaned. Replace all missing tiles and repair sink counters

The ice scoop, in the front serving area and in the kitchen at the larger ice machine, were stored with their handles on the ice. Do not allow the ice scoop handle to touch the ice.
- Cutting Surfaces Maintained (46.672)
The in use cutting board is positioned on top of another cutting board. The lower board, however, is scored and dirty. Discard the lower board and properly clean the remaining board before using.

The outside of the large pans holding pizza dough are dirty. Clean these containers.
