    --The bottle of sanitizer used at the mechanical dish machine was diluted with water, therefore the concentration of sanitizer in the dish machine was below 50 ppm. The bottle of sanitizer was replaced with a new bottle of sanitizer. Do not dilute the bottle of sanitizer that feeds into the dish machine.
