    --Observed four number 10 cans of dice tomatoes and 1 number three can of red peppers severely dented, in the back dry storage area intended for use in the food facility. Corrected.

    --Observed a plastic garbage can on wheels full of rinsed romaine lettuce heads stored in the walk-in cooler. This container was not labeled to prevent it from being used for garbage purposes.
  • Poisonous or Toxic Substances Storage (46.1021)
    --Observed a working bottle of glue, stored on the same shelf as spices, and a working bottle of hand location above the shrimp prep area. Corrected.
  • Preventing Cross-Contamination of Packaged and Unpackaged Food by Separation, Packaging & Segregation (46.281)
    --Raw shelled eggs were stored above ready to eat food items in the walk-in refrigerator. Corrected.

    --Observed cut lemons and limes held at 54°F, in the waitress's prep table, rather than 41°F or below as required. Corrected.

    --Temperature measuring device for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in both baine maries in front of the stove and grill areas equipment.
  • Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
    --The hand wash sink located next to the waitress station does not have water at a temperature of at least 100°F. Per owner will be replacing the seal.
