    --Observed the customer's tong to retrieve beef jerky from self-service container, was exposed and not stored covered. Corrected.

    --Observed cases of soda and water stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler and back storage area, rather than six inches off of the floor as required.
  • Cold Holding Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(a)(2)-(a)(5))
    --Observed half & half in the cream machine was held 46°F, rather than 41°F or below as required. Corrected.
  • Handwashing Facility Installation (46.822(b))
    --The hand wash sink in the women's restroom was out of order. Plumber on site during inspection. Corrected.
