Note:  The following items have been corrected from the Final inspection:  Kitchen walls have been painted white, 3 compartment sink in kitchen has been sealed to the wall, light shields are present on kitchen and soda box room lights, a new faucet has been installed on 3 compartment sink behind the bar that reaches all three sinks and does not allow for back siphoning, floors have been thoroughly cleaned beneath equipment and the beer coolers have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

    Tray of single-service utensils in the kitchen are stored every which way.  Store all single-service utensils with the handles facing the same way to avoid contaminating the food contact portion of the utensil with hands.  Single-service knives, forks and spoons shall be presented with the handle of the utensil towards the user unless they are pre-wrapped or pre-packaged.
