I have been to this KFC app. 50 in the past four years. the past few times have been at night. i have been missing major parts of my order each time. when i call the store and ask to speak to A mngr. i am told that i will be sent a post card in the mail the next day for "A freee meal" which is not a free meal at all its only the food i paid for and did not get. i have yet to ever receive a postcard to date. (not one)
