Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, PHF foods held for more then 24 hrs. Shall have a consume-by-date. The day of preparation shall be counted as day 1. If held at 41F or less food can be kept for a max of 7 days. Label the meat, prepared food and cheese products with the consume by date.
Provide for all toxic chemicals to be stored properly away from food and food products. Observed off on a shelf that was above and next to food. COS
Provide for the most recent inspection report to be posted in public view.

DRINKING CONTAINERS SHALL BE A CUP, LID AND STRAW. OBSERVED AN OPEN SODA CAN.
No documentation is maintained at the food establishment that food employees contacting ready-to-eat foods with bare hands utilize two or more of the following control measures to provide additional safeguards to hazards associated with bare hand contact. Observed employees handling ready to eat foods with bare hands. (gloves and hand sanitzer are onsite)
Provide soap and paper towels to be available at all hand sinks at all times. (kitchen hand sink did not have paper towels) COS
Provide one person on duty at all times to have food manager certification and the Health dept ID. 10 days to enroll in the class-provide proof on the follow up inspection.
Toilet paper shall be available at all times. Provide toilet paper in the kitchen restroom. Provide for the plumbing at the 3 compartment sink and the water softener to be working properly. Currently plumbing is leaking into a pot and onto the floor.
