  • Collinder filled with limes and straws found resting over hand sink in bar area. Ensure hand sinks are used for hand washing only. Dumping may be conducted in mop sink or in a bucket to later dump in mop sink. Corrected on site.
  • Hose attached to mop sink without a vacuum breaker in between nozzle and hose. Vaccuum breaker attaches to nozzle and hose may attach to vaccuum breaker. Ensure breaker is attached to mop sink if using a hose. Otherwise, discontinue using hose attachment.
  • Soda guns with syrup debris still coating guns. Ensure soda guns are cleaned and are free of syrup buildup and debris on a routine basis.
