  • Observed open can of Big Red being stored on shelf above food items that will be used for customer service. Although kitchen was not in operation, ensure that personal items are never stored with foods or on food surfaces that have potential to cross contaminate food items
  • Ice machine panel insdie where filter is located, and along walls of ice machine, had black debris which appeared to be mold buildup. Ensure that machine is cleaned and sanitized properly to prevent cross contamination of ice.
