Was very unhappy with service and food last night. We eat at this Outback probably 2 to 3 times a month usually it is very good. Last night the place seemed to be understaffed . The waitress was always in a hurry going from table to table. We wanted to order the steak that was advertised on TV the bone-in Ribeye. We were told that they ran out much earlier in the day.We ordered the usual Terriaki Ribeye asked for it medium rare it came out purple rare barely grilled on outside flesh inside. Finally flagged down waitress she too back steak came back 15 minutes later same steak way over cooked but since my husband had eaten his dinner while waiting I ate the well overdone steak. They used same steak I had cut up and so had well done pieces and med well. Both tables next to us had tried to order the special bone in Ribeye and were told they were out early. Why advertise a special cut if you can't order enough meat to sell. Also have enough available staff. It was an expensive bad dinner.
