Complainant stated: ordered wonton soup and found staple.
The wonton wraps are kept in the walk-in cooler. The packaging does not contain staples. The pork is also kept in the walk-in cooler until the wonton is made. The packaging for the pork does not contain staples. A stapler was observed near the front of the kitchen. The stapler is used for carry-out orders to secure the bags.

    Observation: PHF hot holding at improper temperatures in that rice tested at 74 degrees F on the counter of low boy refrigerator. As per the operator said rice had been in said location for more than 4 hours.
    Correction: Operator voluntarily discarded said rice.
  • Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (corrected on site)
    Observation: PHF cold holding at improper temperatures in that roast pork was tested at 52 degrees F in low boy refrigerator. As per the operator said food was cooked and cooled for more than 24 hours prior to being tested. As per the operator said unit is not functioning adequately
    Correction: Operator moved said food to unit holding proper temperature below 41 degrees F.
