The ambient air temperature of the refrigerator was measured at 47.8* with EHS maximum registering thermometer and ambient air thermometer was reading 50*. The internal temperature of the cottage cheese was measured at 42*. Ensure the refrigerator is capable of cold holding potentially hazardous foods at or below 41*. Homestyle refrigerators typically have a slower recovery time after being constantly opened and closed; monitor the unit to ensure proper temperature parameters are met.
