Comments:
Lead check conducted on ceramic bean pots and tested negative for presence of lead. Operator may continue to use the bean pots as long as they are maintained in good repair.

This was a follow-up evaluation to ensure proper methods are in place for rodent measures. Bait observed in "hot" spots of dry storeroom. Floors appear clean and surfaces appear clean and free of droppings. Pest control operator advised restaurant operator to seal-up cracks, ad crevices that were discussed with me during the routine evaluation conducted on Feb. 17, 2006. Operator showed me concrete to seal floor-wall juncture and weather stripping for the back door. Advised to also install new stripping/door plate on bottom of back door (it is currently duct taped and torn). Pest control operator also advised operator to replace original cardboard boxes with plastic containers. Observed invoice for service conducted 2/28/06.
The following items have been corrected:
1). back area storeroom has been cleaned and organized. Unnecessary items have been removed.
2). lighting restored in the foodservice area where previously burned out/not operational.
3). bar handsink waste drain line has been cut.
4). ceiling and wall tiles at cookline have been put into place.
5). utensils stored in hot water at cookline (160*)
Advised operator that additional lighting needed in kitchen to meet the State Food Regulation requirement of 50 foot candles.
