- 1570 - Seal on freezer is in poor repair and ice is building up inside and along door seal. Rust on interior of large freezer.

Comments:Discussed cooling with PIC. Today PIC was using ice to cool shallow pans of spaghetti. She was aware of decreasing temperature to 70 degrees within 2 hours. Spaghetti was cooled in two shallow metal pans with an ice bath. PIC temped at 70 degrees and placed in freezer. Drawer to prep table is in poor repair. Repair over summer. Good handwashing observed.

Thaw inside refrigerator. PIC corrected. - 1060 - Wooden shelf under 3 compartment sink is not sealed.
Seal bare wood for cleanability. - 2920 - Restroom door is not self closing.
Install a self closing device on door.
Discussed with PIC proper dating of foods that were prepared and frozen and then removed from freezer. Relabel sprayer bottle found under 3 compartment sink, ink has gotten wet.
